We are recruiting a Cyber Security Project Manager for Sapienza to work on our Customers Site (NATO NCIA) Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for management of NSIP project portfolio and, in particular, implementation of major procurement projects in area of Cyber Security
  • Provide senior-level engagement and support within a team of Project Managers dealing with NSIP procurement, and interacting with key NATO stakeholders
  • Provide quality assurance to the management of all NSIP projects in NATO Cyber Security Centre
  • Lead procurement processes, including insourcing and outsourcing agreements, in order to ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, time, cost and quality limits
  • Lead development of project proposals, technology evaluations and other project activities requiring subject matter expertise
  • Lead reporting and communications with NCSC and NCIA’s top management, in order to ensure projects are monitored and controlled across all management levels
  • Using MS-EPM (Microsoft Enterprise Project Management) framework used by NCIA, develop and maintain agreed project plans and detailed stage plans in compliance with the NCIA’s directives and project management best practices
  • Monitor and control project progress and risk to ensure resources are consumed in accordance with the approved budget and within approved timelines
  • Identify, plan, request and manage the deployment of resources to meet project milestones and initiate corrective actions when necessary
  • Liaise with key NCIA stakeholders, such as other service line Project Managers and subject matter experts, in order to ensure technology coherence and harmonization of large programs spanning across boundaries of NATO Cyber Security Centre
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key technology partners in Cybersecurity domain, in order to support new project proposals and other project management activities

Profile

  • Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • Previous experience of working in NATO on large and complex Cyber Security Projects
  • Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMI PMP
  • Extensive experience in management of large Cybersecurity or ICT projects
  • Recognised track record in dealing with stakeholders at enterprise level, understanding their needs, problems, and requests and proposing constructive ways ahead
  • Proactive attitude in seeking and maintaining trust from stakeholders
