Sapienza Consulting is recruiting TOPFAS Engineer/Instructor for NCI Academy to join NATO-NCIA, at Lisbon, Portugal

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering theoretical and practical training on assigned technologies, including all assigned services and associated capabilities or systems
• Applying NATO and NCI Academy policies, standards and guidelines towards successful training delivery
• Performing advanced analysis and troubleshooting on assigned training systems to ensure readiness for training
• Managing, operating, and maintaining the assigned training systems and classroom equipment to include integration with other systems
• Performing installation, testing and evaluation of supported software, hardware and associated Operating Systems
• Performing and maintaining inventory of and accounting for assigned training systems and classroom/office equipment
• Recommending and verifying changes in assigned training material, training systems or classroom lifecycle configuration to enhance the student experience
• Supporting engineers from other NCI Agency Service Lines for updates and upgrades on assigned training systems
• Supporting training support engineers and the Section Head implementing major changes and updates of assigned course material and related supporting documentation
• Supporting team members through collaborative actions to enhance student experience
• Performing corrective actions, with guidance from Team Leader, to support Incident Management for assigned systems
• Contributing to recommendations to the Continued Service Improvement, and/or procurement processes for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of approved assigned training material, systems, and equipment
• Conducting training delivery in a Mobile Training Team (MTT) where required
• Deputize for higher grade staff, if required
• Performs other duties within the NCI Agency’s area of business as may be required

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• TOPFAS OPT, TOPFAS CAT and TOPFAS SAT instructor, AIFS instructor
• High level of knowledge on TOPFAS use
• COPD knowledge
• Planning knowledge
• Training to adult audience, use of latest technologies to deliver courses online
