We are recruiting a Service Engineer for Sapienza to work on our Customers Site (NATO NCIA) in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities

Service Engineer is responsible for day-to-day delivery of service within agreed performance levels. PoC and resolves Incidents and Service Requests related to printing service and coordinates technical activities with local and remote IT support units. The Consultant maintains working relationship with external contractors in close coordination with Service Delivery Manager

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Cosmic Top Secret
• Proven experience in IT Service Delivery
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Level printing software
• Previous experience in supporting “Follow Me” printing solutions
• 5+ years with management of multiple print servers at remote locations
• Proven experience handling customer and vendor relationships
• Working knowledge of ITIL and its processes
• Proficient in creation and maintenance of Service documentation (Standard Operation Procedures and Instructions)
