Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting an iPhone Rollout to join NATO – NCIA in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Preparing iPhones in an MDM environment
• Handing out iPhone to end-users with brief explanation on the functionality
• Basic troubleshooting during roll-out process
• Backup / Restore iPhone data

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• Basic Active Directory knowledge (reset password and other basic operations)
• iPhone/iOS management in a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Environment, preferable BlackBerry
• Good VPN skills
• Service Desk skills
• Excellent communication skills
• International/multicultural environment, communication conducted mainly in English
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU
