Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a NATO Enterprise CIS Business Process Analysis for NATO – NCIA in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

The aim of this task is to lay the foundation required for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to maintain Enterprise-wide situational awareness in the area of CIS-related Risk. This will be achieved through a top-down stocktaking of the core NATO Enterprise CIS-related business processes. Following initial identification of the core CIS-related NATO Enterprise business processes, for each business process the following information must be documented:

• Key stakeholders
• Key process dependencies and information flows with respect to related business processes
• Existing risk-related documentation (e.g. Approval To Operate (ATO), interim ATO)
• Business process-related roles and responsibilities
• Existing support tools
• Key supporting CIS

Profile

• Required Currently Active Security Clearance: NATO SECRET
• The candidate must have a proactive attitude with respect to stakeholder engagement, as the work requires substantial interactions with stakeholders across the NATO Enterprise in order to capture the required business process information. For a number of the NATO entities within scope, the most relevant stakeholders may still need to be identified within the entity by the candidate when the analysis work starts
• The candidate must be able to demonstrate experience with business process analysis
• The candidate must have specific experience with performing organization-wide surveys
• The candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in drafting analysis reports
• Detailed understanding of the NATO Enterprise, NATO CIS business processes and/or NATO’s C3 taxonomy is highly desirable
