Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a COO-BPEM-BPR Business Analyst to join NATO – NCIA in Brussels, Belgium.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of processes and procedures for the Agency external Quarterly Report to the Board, internal Quarterly Reviews and monthly business execution reports
- Support development/analysis and assessment of Agency performance against targets from external and internal plans (Business Plan and Business Execution Plans)
- Collect, consolidate, analyse and maintain high-level management and summary information about the Agency’s programmes and portfolios of work
- Support the development of impactful business (execution) reports / dashboards, and communication on Agency performance
- Support continuous improvement of business (execution) reporting through lessons learned, process redesign, tool improvements, etc.
Profile
- Required Currently Active Security Clearance: NATO SECRET
- Experience in reporting (quantitative and qualitative, financial and non-financial)
- Experience in data analysis and documenting reporting findings for a senior audience
- Experience in collecting data from various sources and stakeholders
- Proven experience in programme/project management
