Sapienza Consulting is recruiting an Oracle HCM Implementation Support to join NATO – NCIA, at The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional business expertise/support with respect to the existing Oracle HCM Enterprise Business Suite and Taleo Recruiting/Onboarding applications
  • Review and update any business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud functionality
  • Attend and support functional/technical design workshops for the Oracle HCM Cloud project
  • Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud and prepare corresponding documentation
  • Support the HR Technology Specialist in advising the HR Team and internal stakeholders on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
  • Advice the configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet HR requirements and document application set-ups
  • Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud project
  • Assist the EBA R3 Project Team in developing user acceptance testing scripts for the Oracle HCM Cloud project
  • Support the test team with the execution of scripts
  • Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud project
  • Interact with the programme, project and HR team members responsible for scoping, implementing, and developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
  • Prepare communications, status and issue reports and updates to the HR team, the EBA project team and other internal stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Attend EBA project meetings and act as alternate HR Technology Specialist
  • Share knowledge with the HR team to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle HCM Cloud project.
  • Prepare training material, arrange training sessions and support the training provision
  • Support the HR Technology Specialist in support in the day to day work and ad-hoc projects as needed and therewith enable continuous service provisions, especially during peak EBA R3 periods where presence is required

Profile

  • The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
  • Experience in supporting EBA HCM Enterprise and EBA HCM Cloud and other HR applications, including business support for the implementation of new functionalities
  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience in at least one or more of these modules: Core Human Resources, Absence Management, Workforce Modeling and Predictions, Performance Management, HR Help Desk, Work Life Solutions, Advanced HRC Controls
  • Alternatively more than 5 years of experience in corporate rollouts of Skill, Knowledge & Experience: comparably large HRIS such as Workday or SuccessFactors
  • Prior experience supporting HCM implementations/upgrades
  • Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Testing, Production Support
