Reporting directly to the CEO and VP of Operations, the Head of Business Development will lead a technical sales team and drive our business development strategy. Your responsibilities include synthesizing market trends, understanding the subtleties of our target markets, and how to most effectively bring our solution into the hands of people who need it. You will ensure your team can identify, negotiate, and close large-scale deals.
You will work closely with senior staff and the engineering team to provide forecasting, updates and opportunities for expansion and new business across diverse market spaces. You will be responsible for establishing new markets and for company-wide sales.
This role requires a high level of autonomy and business expertise.
