The Serco Group and is among the leading Space Industry and Services Companies across the globe. We have over 40 years’ experience in supporting the space sector. Since the creation of the European Space Agency (ESA), our employees have been providing everyday their technical, scientific and management skills to support the full range of European cornerstone space missions.
To support all these missions requires a strong Talent Acquisition Team. Our talent acquisition team works on hundreds of requirements across Europe every year. We are here to support our contract and bid managers / directors across the European space business, and to also impress our senior stakeholders.
We have some amazing recruiters and personalities within our TA team however we are greedy, we want more people to join our team who can also be part of our success. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger.
We would love to hire a post graduate space engineer (ideally who has studied Earth Observation) but wants to get into the commercial side of the business. Don’t worry about not having recruitment experience, we can teach you that and you can teach us about space engineering. What you must have is an amazing personality, positive outlook on life, drive to succeed and be the best team player any team could wish for.
In return, we will provide the platform to give you an incredible career within recruitment. What’s more, let’s say a few years down the line recruitment is not for you but you decide you want to go into business development or back into engineering, well, of course we will be upset but that’s not a problem, we can do that for you as well. If that’s not enough, let’s say you need to relocate due to family issues, well we can also help with that as we have offices all over the globe.
Sounds good, then read on and let’s get down to the job responsibilities.
