About this job

Our client focuses on the development and verification of structural systems for space applications (e.g. satellites) as well as on the procurement of the related structural hardware. They have an urgent need to hire an experienced (3 yrs+) space project manager to based in the Czech Republic. 

Responsibilities

–  Planning and control of the project including financial and contractual management− Coordination and leadership within the project in order to achieve project objectives− Reporting to customer on project progress− Communication with suppliers and lead of procurement activities− Application of external and internal quality standards− Communication within our internal team

Profile

–  Degree in engineering, mechanical and/or aerospace engineering preferred− 3+ years in project management (Experience in space industry is a strong advantage)− Experience in managing development and manufacturing of mechanical parts− Excellent planning and organizational skills− Focus on quality and cost awareness− Advanced knowledge of English, spoken/written, Czech language is an advantage− SW knowledge: MS Office (especially MS Project, MS Excel, Outlook)− Motivated, goal-oriented person, team player− Willingness to travel
