The Recruiter leads company staffing activities, while improving hiring processes and tools that result in efficiency and high quality of hires. Time spent will vary from 75% to 100% recruiting, and up to 25% on HR/staffing projects.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

5 – 10% travel is expected for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities for all TUI openings, including but not limited to creating a strategy, sourcing and networking, scheduling, assessing candidates, facilitating hiring decisions, managing communication, and tracking activity.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and implement new methods to attract talent.
  • Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and career sites, and establish and maintain college and university relations. Manage TUI’s brand presence on career sites and social media.
  • As a member of the HR team, contribute to ongoing HR projects related to the employee life cycle (onboarding, engagement, training initiatives, and exit interviews, for example).

Profile

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a combination of recruiting and HR generalist roles.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Working knowledge of labor and employment laws related to staffing.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across the organization and externally.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance: ITAR Requirements: This position requires special security screenings to conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, which may include the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. The U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
