In Terma, we are now looking for a Quality Engineer and since our quality assurance is an essential foundation in our industry, you will as a quality engineer become a key player in one or more of our programs.

You will take responsibility for Quality Assurance on 2-4 programs on deliveries of structures to airplanes.

Responsibilities

• All quality activities, e.g. reviews, preparation of quality plans, quality data analysis, participation in program meetings and participation in internal and external audit activities
• Processing non-conformance reports, drive and verify corrective actions, communication with customer point of contacts for Quality
• First Article Inspection and statistical process control
• Complete handover-procedures to the Customer

Profile

• You have experience with quality management in a serial producing company
• You have technical knowledge about either Carbon-, Glass fiber part production, Metal or Chemical processes
• An educational background in Engineering and at least 5 years relevant work experience
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English
• You are a strong communicator, and can communicate with customers, being determined and independent
• You work well in teams, and feel comfortable in taking the leading role, when necessary
• You are good at structuring and managing your own work, and keep calm when times are busy
• You make high demands for quality in the work you deliver and the work you pass on to others, and you take pride in delivering on time.
