A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised, enthusiastic, and passionate Administrator who is looking for a place to start or continue their HR career.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the wider HR team the primary objective of this role is to provide a comprehensive administrative support for the full employee lifecycle contributing to the smooth, effective and efficient running of the HR Department and the provision of a first-class HR service to the business.

In a fast-paced and varied HR Administrator position just outside of Hereford, roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Administer employee reward schemes.
  • Assist with the preparation of the Training Review Panel meeting including collating training applications, booking training, sending diary invites, sending evaluation forms and, analysing data.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment process including writing and placing adverts, logging all candidates, arranging interviews, and undertaking pre-employment checks.
  • New starter onboarding – assisting in induction process, keeping on top of workflows and new starter forms.
  • Respond to general queries from managers and employees, signposting them to appropriate policies and procedures.

  • Varied experience working within an administrative role with a keen interest in HR
  • A clear desire to embark on a career in HR
  • First class communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and respond to the needs of a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Highly competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
