As Product Quality Manager, you assure product quality according to the company standards throughout the organization and the supply chain. You oversee the product manufacturing process on an ongoing basis and look continuously for opportunities to improve the reliability and the quality of the processes and the products. You are the go-to person for all product quality-related activities in the company. You report frequently to management.
As Customer Service Manager, you are responsible for all repair services. You ensure the timely repair or replacement service to the customer. You perform root cause analysis and carry specific quality issues through the organization until resolution. You communicate the issues, involve different teams and coordinate the corrective actions. You recommend design and/or process improvements. To get to the best results, you involve R&D, Production, Product Management, Application Support, and Sales.
We consider it an extra asset if you have experience in project management, quality control certification, data analysis, ERP or CRM tools.
