Responsibilities

This role will suit someone with a good knowledge of embedded software using the C programming language and communications. A keen interest in and knowledge of the associated hardware would be most advantageous.

Profile

Experience and knowledge is required in:

• Modern embedded software practice.
• JavaScript(Node.JS).
• LINUX Real Time embedded C programming.
• Networking experience in TCP/IP, UDP.
• Driver interfacing to SPI, I2C, RS485, CAN.

Experience in the following would be advantageous:

• Jenkins.
• Automated test.
• Microchip PIC18/32.
• SNMP.
• FPGA / CPLD (Verilog/VHDL).
• DSP.
• Digital RF.
• Hardware and board level debug.
• Cyber security of embedded systems.
