Responsibilities

As Applications and Competitive Benchmarking Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and performing benchmark assessments of GNSS and GNSS/INS products within our customers applications environment.

You will profile existing solutions to provide comparative performance and usability parameters for technical marketing purposes (e.g. produce collateral for product launch initiatives) and input to product management and engineering.

In addition to work in competitive benchmarking, you will be part of a team which manages all technical aspects of the pre- and post-sales process for our clients.

As part of the Applications and Support Group you take ownership of technical issues reported by customers and follow through to resolution in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, you will support established customers with training and other activities which enable the optimum use of our products in the field.
