We are recruiting a Galileo Service Facilities Security Engineer for Sapienza to work at Global Navigation Satellite System Agency

Responsibilities

• Providing security engineering support for the activities related to the service facilities e.g. GNSS Service Centre (GSC), Galileo Reference Centre (GRC), Galileo Search and Rescue Facilities (SGDSP) procured by the GSA as well as the Galileo Security Monitoring Centre (GSMC).
• Supporting to the analysis and review of the Galileo security requirements related to the service facilities and other facilities under responsibility of the contracting authorities or industry;
• Supporting to the review of the security documentation related to the service centres and other facilities under responsibility of the contracting authorities or industry;
• Supporting to the evaluation of the proposals related to solutions for the service centres and other facilities (under responsibility of the contracting authorities or industry);
• Supporting to the follow-up of the current service centres (and other facilities under responsibility of the contracting authorities) contracts;
• Assessment of the impact of changes on the security baseline, plus support for managing their risks at GSA level.

Profile

• Master’s Degree in Engineering or relevant fields
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience;
• Experience with Galileo Security System;
• Hold a valid EU Secret Security Clearance;
• Fluent in English;
