Omnidea-RTG GmbH is a German SME, founded in 2014 to take over the Space division of RTG Aero-Hydraulic, which had operated in space propulsion since 1973. Located in the Bremen area, Omnidea-RTG supplies components for satellite and launcher chemical propulsion systems, being also able to perform assembly integration and testing of complete satellite propulsion systems.
Omnidea-RTG supplies and has supplied ESA qualified products for launchers (VEGA and VEGA-C) as well as for satellites (Sentinel 3, Aeolus, Gökturk, Formosat-5), with its core business currently centered in valves and bimetallic transition joints. The list of customers includes, within the European borders Avio, OHB, Thales Alenia, ArianeGroup, Airbus Defense and Space, Snecma, Air Liquide Space but also L'Garde (US), Rafael (Israel) and NSPO (Taiwan).
With a young and motivated work force of 12 people, our annual turnover has recently surpassed 1Mn€, with cummulative annual growth rates around 10-15% since its foundation. Omnidea-RTG is 100% privately owned and is anchored on a Group (www.omnidea.net) whose staff will, soon enough, reach 50 people, and with facilities in Portugal (Viseu and Lisbon), Germany (Bremen), UK (Leicester) and Greece (Athens). SInce 2016 Omnidea-RTG is a certified ISO 9100 company which has recently sucessfully transitioned to the new 2018 version of the standard. Omnidea-RTG has its headquarters in Stuhr, 8km SSW of Bremen.
