Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Intelligence Functional Services Software Engineer – 3rd level support to work at NATO NCIA in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Designs, codes, tests, corrects and documents large and/or complex programs and program modifications from supplied specifications using agreed standards and tools, to achieve a well-engineered result;
• Provide 3rd level support for the Intelligence Functional Services
• May be directed to reinforce the 2nd level support team

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET
• As a minimum, individual will demonstrate a high degree of expertise in following technologies/languages/areas:
• Object Oriented Programming
• .NET framework
• C#
• Powershell
• XML
• Entity Framework
• SQL Server (up to 2016) as a developer
• SOAP web services
• Visual Studio 2015-2019
• Internet Information Services 7
• At least 5 years experience in designing, developing and maintaining C# applications
• Excellent time management skills, prioritization ability and demonstrated successful work under minimal supervision
• Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English
• Ability to cooperate smoothly in multi-national environment

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience with Angular, Git, Typescript are an asset
• At least 1 year experience in maintaining Intelligence Systems software
