Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Workstation Manager (CTS) to work at NATO NCIA in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• End User devices O&M (to include workstations, Thin Devices, Printers and any other perihperals as required)
• OS & Software patching
• Software packaging and delivery
• Establish relevant procedures and SOPs for operating and maintaining environment
• Ensure design documentation is maintained and up to date
• Handover sessions to CSU staff

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Cosmic Top Secret
• Experience with and knowledge of Windows client and Server OS
• Experience with and knowledge of Thin Devices (preferably Dell Wyse TCs and Wyse Management Suite)
• Experience with and knowledge of end user software such as Microsoft Office
• Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft System Center ( SCCM and SCOM)
• Experience with and knowledge of VMWare
• Experience with and knowledge of Powershell scripting
• Experience with and knowledge of cloud account and device management
