Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a CP120-WP3 Change & Configuration Manager to work at NATO NCIA in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • Owns, maintains and applies Change, Document and Configuration Management plans, & proportionally applies ITIL best practices
  • Manages and coordinates whole lifecycle (including preparation) of Change Requests (CRs) for NCSC
  • Prepares for, chairs and coordinates Technical Review Board (TRB) screening CRs with NCSC business stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers / vendors
  • Prepares for and facilitates Change Management Board (CMB) screening CRs and ECPs with business and all customer stakeholders organisations
  • Prepares reports and contributes to management reporting cycle and ensures Change and Configuration Management Service Level Targets (SLTs) are achieved
  • Overseas and maintains NCSC contributions to NCIA managed Approved Fielded Product List (AFPL) and Application and Technology (A&T) portfolios
  • Maintains and manages Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for global enterprise and local test and reference systems
  • Manages Documentation control and configuration, contributing to output quality
  • Provide support to customer change approvals and acceptance processes

Profile

  • Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • Candidates should hold Engineering Degree or equivalent two years demonstrable experience and possess strong technical and managerial background with some networking background, in large ICT or Cyber Security
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation
  • Experience of working in secure IT environments
  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience managing CM environments
  • Working understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of technologies employed in networks
  • Experience of ITSM tools and their application / configuration for Change and Configuration management
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with ability to clearly and successfully articulate complex issues to variety of audiences and teams

 

Desirable:

  • ITIL v3 or v4 Practitioner ITIL Service Management
  • Prior experience of working in international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
  • Experience of working within NATO or equivalent complex Government or Military organisations
  • Experience of working with BMC Footprints
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security technologies, principle or practices
  • Understanding of spares scaling and stock control lifecycles
