Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Technician – Skype to work at NATO NCIA in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Collaboration (Microsoft Skype for Business) software applications of assigned NATO Enterprise forest
• Day-to-day administration and monitoring of NATO’s centralized Skype for Business environment
• Day-to-day administration and monitoring of NATO’s centralized e-mail environment
• 2nd and 3rd level support of the assigned systems: troubleshooting, evaluating and responding to incidents and service requests supporting system administrators NATO-wide with ability to set priorities without requiring direction
• Creates and maintains technical documentation of assigned systems

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• 5+ years of recent experience in technical management and day-by-day support of a large Skype for Business infrastructure
• Detailed knowledge and proven working experience of Microsoft Windows Server Systems (2012/2016) in multi-forest environment
• Working knowledge of directory services such as Active Directory, and DNS
• Practical experience of Windows scripting in PowerShell
• Good understanding of LAN security, Internet security and protection mechanisms
• Sound knowledge of enterprise level mail solution based on Microsoft Exchange Server (version 2013 or newer)
