Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Finance GL Team IPSAS to join NATO-NCIA, to work off site

Responsibilities

Equivalent NATO Grade: A3/88

2020 Finance GL Team IPSAS

• Produce cost/benefit and ‘added value’ analysis on IPSAS standards 12/17/31
• Setup mitigation plan/options to implement IPSAS standards 17/31 mainly within area of Asset under construction and Intangible assets
• Produce study/analysis on potential (new) derogation’s on IPSAS standards and NATO Accounting Framework for NATO (NCIO)
• Report to NCIA Finance – Head of Accounting services and Head of FSPA

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• University degree in Finance/Accounting and extensive relevant experience
• Profound expertise in implementing IPSAS standards within a Public Sector Entity specifically on IPSAS 12/17/31
• Expert knowledge on IPSAS standards with connection to IPSAS Board
• Proven expertise in producing cost/benefit analysis on IPSAS standards within a Public Sector Entity similar to NATO
