Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a IKM / Portal SME to join NATO-NCIA, to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Creating SharePoint portals in line with Agency IKM Policies
• Knowledge Management, Information Management and Content Management
• In line with Agency guidance (AD, SOP and Strategy) on Content, Data, Information and Knowledge management and sharing, incumbent shall
• Prepare and propose methodologies to increase collaboration and to facilitate information and knowledge creation and sharing with other service units
• Supervise development, maintenance and optimization of service unit’s site collection, as well as supervise the content management on service unit’s work spaces and team sites
• Capture service unit’s KM and IM requirements and represent them at the IKM CofP
• Support activities to sustain the NCI Agency’s overall KM and IM activities, primarily through IKM CofP
• Latest SharePoint knowledge

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• Experience with NATO’s portal designs
• SharePoint Designer
• Combination of qualifications and experience or vocational training at higher level in relevant discipline such as Administration (normally 6-9 years of full time education), or equivalent, or good general secondary education (normally 9-12 years of full time education) with 8 years of post-related experience
• Demonstrated skills in use of personal computer office automation packages, particularly Microsoft applications and inclusive of SharePoint and workflows
• Very good command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be responsive and sensitive to both external and internal customers and staff
