Sapienza Consulting is recruiting Senior Assistant B4 to join NATO-NCIA, at Mons, Belgium

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accomplishment of proper in-processing, outprocessing, leave/CTO requests of all Ops Centre personnel, in accordance with SL’s, Agency and site policies; Request for adding and removing assigned personnel into the APMS system through NCIA HR; Maintain all personnel admin and training files
• Identify expiration of personnel’s clearances and request updates if needed; Responsible for processing IDR requests from military delegations thru OpsCen Chief; Maintain OpsCen’s personnel POCs updated in database; Responsible for production of official correspondence from the office of the OpsCen chief; liaison for OpsCen with all site external stakeholders (i.e. BSG, J1 etc.) as needed; assist OpsCen Chief as needed

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• Vocational training at higher level in relevant discipline, or equivalent, or Diploma of secondary education;
• At least 5 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to function of post;
• Sound knowledge and experience in use of Microsoft Office automation packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access or other database application)
• Proven SharePoint Site Owner experience and/or training
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to work on own initiative in a reliable and trustworthy manner in a demanding environment
• Ability to take initiative and a flexible approach allowing incumbent to respond reliably and competently to changing requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be responsive and sensitive to both external and internal customers and staff
