Sapienza Consulting is recruiting Covid19 Online Report Tool Support to join NATO-NCIA, to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Validation of all staff responses in Agency Covid-19 Online Reporting Tool, via personal contact, email or IM
• Monitor trends & escalate accordingly
• Manage caseload information requirements for all cases requiring SITREPs
• Maintain accuracy of information and data of CORT & SITREPs
• Provide daily reports for each location, for H&S Team & management chains as required
• Liaise with SHAPE JMED & SHAPE Healthcare Facility, NATO HQ and Hague Medical Advisor for reports/cases
• Monitor Covid19 Dashboard to ensure consistency of information and updates
• Carry out retrospective data cleanse & consolidation of archive data
• Any other duty to support Agency H&S Team to manage Covid19 response and to develop future resilient H&S systems

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• Proven experience of handling “Medical In Confidence” data correctly
• Familiar with Office 365 and working with SharePoint information systems
• Able to work on their own initiative without constant supervision
• Able to communicate with compassion and discretion through all mediums of communication
• Individual will be expected to work remotely & daily morning presence needed
