Sapienza Consulting is recruiting Technician (Service Desk) to join NATO-NCIA, at Brussels, Belgium

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Description:
  • Providing 1st level support to users
  • Resolving hardware issues on mobile devices
  • Issuing/Enrolment of mobile devices to new users
  • Resolving assigned incident tickets
  • Creating incident and service tickets in ticketing tool

Profile

  • Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • Service Desk 1st level support experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications and OS
  • Good knowledge of Service Desk ticketing tools (BMC Remedy)
  • Mobile devices knowledge
  • Good VPN knowledge
  • Broad IT knowledge from Service Desk point of view
  • Diplomacy and tact
