We are recruiting a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Architect to work on our Customers Site (NATO NCIA) Mons, Belgium (remote)

Responsibilities

Implementation PM, Senior Oracle EBS Architect will support two primary workstreams of Oracle EBA Release Project:

• Develop nascent solution proposals to identified issues affecting key operational features of NCI Agency’s Oracle EBS

implementation;

• Conduct proofs-of-concept;
• Propose strategic solutions;
• Support solution design and advise on the use of available EBS modules and configurations, in particular with view to reducing or removing existing customizations;
• Provide quality assurance and oversight of all configuration and development work from an architecture perspective.

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• Senior Oracle EBS Architect with expertise at Level 7 (A4) and experience in complex Oracle EBS R12.2.3 (or higher) implementations, comparable to that within NCI Agency;
• Team Lead or Senior Architect on at least 1 full cycle implementation of complex EBS R12 Implementation (cross functional and including Oracle Financials);
• 6+ years experience implementing combination of Oracle EBS R12.2.3 or higher Financials and Supply Chain Management applications; strong expertise in Project Accounting, Oracle Time and Labor; strong expertise in integration of Project Accounting with Core Financial modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) as well as integration with different Logistics & Enterprise Lifecycle Management Modules (mainly Inventory, Order Management and Enterprise Asset Management); knowledge and expertise in Procurement area;
• Demonstrated experience as senior resource assisting in definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration;
• Experience implementing financial side of service management or “Service Accounting”;
• Experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements;
• Confidence and conviction when presenting to client senior executives;
• Ability to take an analytical approach to problem solving.
