Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting an Asset Management Programme Manager for Sapienza to work on our Customers Site (NATO NCIA)

Responsibilities

  • Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • Planning and designing the Asset Management programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
  • Defining the programme’s governance arrangements.
  • Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme – focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the programme, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmes and corporate, technical and specialist standards.
  • Managing the programme’s budget on behalf of the CSO, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses.
  • Develops funding plans to ensure the program’s ongoing delivery and success.
  • Creates and implements guidelines for evaluating the program’s strengths and areas where improvement is required.
  • Working with the Asset Management business change manager on the transition to the new business as usual position.
  • Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the programme are identified or issues arise.
  • Reporting the progress of the programme at regular intervals to the CSO.
  • Compiles and presents asset management reports to customers, supervisors and senior executives.
  • Assigns tasks to team members to ensure programme objectives are completed.
  • Communicates expectations to team members.

Profile

  • Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • We are looking for a talented and highly knowledgeable IT Asset Management professional with a Master’s degree in a related field of study and 5 years of post-related experience.
  • A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Experience working within an IT Asset Management Programme
  • You have experience in driving large change programs within the IT Asset Management world, driving complex changes throughout the full Asset Management team and their customers, using lean thinking.
  • You have experience with design and implementation of new asset management processes, procedures or organizations
