Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Survey Data Analyst to support the Agency with the design, communication and analysis of surveys.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse Customer surveys
• Provide Root Causes Analyses
• Write survey reports
• If necessary, support in the design of Customer surveys

Profile

• Proven experience in survey analysis
• Solid experience in statistics and data processing
• Experience in conducting focus group meetings/sessions with customers
• Must to hold a NATO Secret Security Clearance
• Fluent in English; knowledge of another NATO member-state language is an asset
