Sapienza Consulting is recruiting an expert in Multimedia Design Induction Program to work at NATO NCIA in The Hague. It is a Fixed Term Contract until the end of December 2019.

Responsibilities

• Work together with a broad range of stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to identify the main objectives and messages related to induction training;
• Advise on the optimal delivery formats with a focus on interactive/online content;
• Develop online as well as offline induction materials;
• Manage the end-to-end development process of induction materials, providing guidance to specialists of other disciplines involved in the production process, e.g. video, graphics, animation.

Profile

• Strong experience in analyzing learning objectives and key customer requirements;
• Higher education in Multimedia design and/or instructional design;
• Experience with latest authoring and development tools for video, audio, graphics and/or e-learning;
• Experience in managing video and multimedia productions;
• Must hold a NATO Secret Security Clearance;
• Fluent in English; knowledge of another NATO member-state language is an asset.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
