Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Cyber Security Technical Support Role at NATO NCIA in The Hague.

It is a Fixed Term Contract until the end of December 2019.

Responsibilities

  • Support the work undertaken by the Cyber Security (CS) Service Line (SL) in the area of Communications and Information System (CIS) security, cyber defence and cyberspace operations.
  • The incumbent must be able to perform effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision;
  • The contracted individual will be asked to support the development of one or more technical deliverables and/or provide exercise support in execution of projects undertaken within the 2019 calendar year;
  • The work will be executed on site at the NCI Agency offices in The Hague, NLD;
  • Progress review meetings shall be held regularly, at least once per week, with the NCI Agency task leads;
  • There may be limited travel required, specifically to Brussels, Belgium and/or Mons, Belgium.

Profile

  • General, wide breadth knowledge of cyber security principles, best practices, concepts and technology and 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Solid knowledge of cyber security, including boundary protection, encryption, identity and access management, monitoring and detection, incidence response, vulnerability assessments, and riskmanagement;
  • Proven ability to deliver technology/systems/solutions/capabilities for industry, government, or Military;
  • Knowledge and experience in requirements management, system design, and system engineering for cyber security system;
  • familiarity and experience with requirements managements systems such as IBM Rational DOORS is desirable;
  • Knowledge and experience in executing implementation projects together with industry in the cyber security area, including proven ability to develop statements of work and system requirements statements;
  • Knowledge and experience in testing and validating that contracted deliveries meet the requirements and fulfil the intended use-cases;
  • Familiarity with system accreditation and deployment of CIS, including deployment to operational military areas;
  • Experience with implementation projects within NATO and/or National military organizations is desirable;
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is desirable;
  • Ability to work independently and in teams to achieve the desired goals, including the ability to monitor and support a team of industry;
  • Excellent communications and writing skills;
  • Must hold NATO Secret Security Clearance;
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of another NATO member-state language is an asset.
