Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Principal Assistant – Training CoOrdination to join NATO – NCIA at Mons, Wallonia, Belgium

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing Training Requests for Brussels-based staff for the cost-efficient training delivery
  • Scheduling group trainings in Brussels or ensuring they are scheduled in training organized in other Agency locations
  • Processing course Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in EBA for group trainings
  • Logistical support for trainings organized in Brussels
  • Coordinating virtual attendance for staff from Brussels in group trainings held in Mons or The Hague
  • Liaising with commercial vendors and internal enablers for successful training coordination
  • Updating the information on course attendance in the Training Requirement Database
  • Agency-wide training coordination:
  • Providing support to the organization of group trainings in other Agency locations than Brussels
  • Providing support to (Acting) Training Authorities in the coordination of Individual Training
  • External-Internal customer training coordination to achieve cost-effectiveness in organized training
  • Updating Training Schedule to maintain accurate course information
  • Maintaining Internal Training databases and Portal with accurate and up to date information
  • Point of Contact for all Internal Training stakeholders for any queries regarding training coordination
  • Supporting other Internal Training Team members, when required

Profile

  • Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • The successful incumbent should be able to:
  • Quickly process large workload with minimal supervision, timely and accurately
  • Be able to work in EBA
  • Be able to effortlessly create and manage SharePoint lists and libraries
  • Be able to create and work with Excel Pivot tables
  • Work with databases and keep them up-to-date
  • Be a customer minded person, tactful and never tired to answer constant and at times, repetitive enquiries, especially, when under time pressure
  • Be a team player
  • Communicate in English fluently, effectively and politely with all stakeholders: colleagues of all grades and ranks, enabling offices, commercial vendors, etc
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU
