Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Service Operations Manager to work at NATO NCIA in Mons.

It is a Fixed Term contract until the end of December 2019.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Project Managers and Service Delivery Managers, throughout the NATO Project Management lifecycle, in the delivery of and transition into Service Operations of projects deliverable;
• Close coordination with Customers, in requirements capture and service delivery;
• Coordination with Commercial Suppliers in delivery of Service and Projects deliverable;
• Coordinate cross NATO Agency service delivery;
• Coordination of Project procurement, and acquisition of projects deliverable;
• Supply and Logistics Sustainment planning and execution, in support of NATO Operations and Projects;
• Assist in the development of Price Proposals, for new service development and continuing service operations, through execution of the annual budgets;
• Participate and coordination of Configuration and Change Management Process, developing Change Management Plans and Service Delivery Schedules in support of NATO Operations.

Profile

Essential requirements:

• At least 5 years proven Senior Management experience;
• At least 2 years proven Commercial Management experience;
• Full E2E Integrated Logistic Support planning and ILS implantation experience;
• Proven experience in Defence Procurement and Supply Chain Management;
• Proven Project Management or Service Operations Management experience;
• Proven track record working in multinational environments.;
• Fully conversant with NATO Project and Supply Chain processes;
• Fully conversant with NATO EBA process and procedures;
• Fully conversant with NATO ITSM Trouble Ticketing application;
• Fully conversant with NATO Enterprise Project Management tool set;
• Lean process conversant;
• Six Sigma conversant;
• ITILv3 conversant;
• Prince2 conversant;
• Must hold NATO Secret Security Clearance;
• Fluent in English; knowledge of another NATO member-state language is an asset;
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.

Desirable requirements:

• ITIL v3 certification;
• PRINCE 2 certification;
• Lean certification;
• Six Sigma certification;
• Supply Chain and Integrated Logistic Support certification;
• Familiarity with NATO Telecommunications and Communication Information Systems;
• Familiarity with NATO Operations worldwide;
• Previous Operational deployment experience, in hostile environments.
