Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting a C3B CIS Security Policy Revision to support NATO – NCIA in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • The offered price shall be an all-inclusive cost, including all local (in Belgium) travel and per diem expenses, except for travel outside of Belgium, which is required by C3 Staff leadership for successful execution of the work, and covers the following mandatory engagements:
  • Work days for the development of deliverables (on-site NATO HQ Brussels)
  • Travel days, and attendance at meetings in Belgium outside NATO HQ (e.g. at SHAPE in Mons)
  • The candidate must have a proven record of accomplishment with policy aspects of cyber security at multinational environments.
  • The candidate must be able to display a thorough understanding of the NATO organizational structure (C3B)
  • The contracted individual must be in possession of a security clearance of NATO Secret or above
  • All CIS Security and Cyber Defence technical and implementation directives fall under the purview of the C3 Board
  • NATO’s policy and directives landscape in this regard is complex and requires a major rationalisation and refresh effort. A new writing team will be established within the C3B sub-structure to oversee this major undertaking
  • This work package is intended to provide the required SME support, to prepare, to coordinate, and to facilitate the activity of the writing team
  • In order to execute this work, the NCI Agency is seeking additional workforce through contracted resources to support the work undertaken by the Cyber Security (CS) Service Line (SL) in the area of This Statement of Work (SoW) specifies the required skillset and experience and expected deliverables.

Profile

  • Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET
  • The candidate must have specific experience with writing (support) within NATO, preferably with CIS Security directive
  • Detailed understanding is required of NATO CIS security, NATO network management, NATO security services and Security Product selection and use across NATO and national networks
  • Recent experience of writing NATO technical directives and policy is desirable
  • This should preferably include a good understanding of future mission networks (FMN); information exchange gateway (IEG) architectures and services
  • The job requires detailed understanding of how NATO connects, federates and manages networks and operational solutions
  • The job requires a detailed knowledge of NATO security policy and how the various policy and technical directives fit together
  • The candidate must be able to display a thorough understanding of the NATO organizational structure (C3B)
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU
