Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting a NATO Contractor Support for DCIS training curriculum analysis and development to join NATO – NCIA in Mons, Wallonia, Belgium.

Responsibilities

The development of a curriculum and courseware will be conducted in close collaboration between the contractor and the NCI Academy as described below:

NCIA – NCI Academy Main Roles

  • Managing authority
  • NCIA project management
  • Guidance for curriculum analysis and -design as well as business case development Contractor Main Roles
  • Curriculum analysis
  • Proposals for re-design of current courses
  • Business case development for new courses and methodologies
  • Technical SME, reviews content produced training materials

Profile

  • Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • Education
  • a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Mathematics/ Electronics or related discipline at a nationally recognized/certified University, with 5 years post related experience
  • OR: a lower academic qualification combined with the demonstration of particular abilities or experience of relevance to this work, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
  • Technical / DCIS background
  • Experience with capturing system requirements (for DCIS or other deployable communications and information systems) and business/operational workflows
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with business case development
  • Experience with Benefits Management
  • Experience with curriculum analysis and course development
  • Experience with the development of technical documentation, training materials, and instructional aids
  • Experience with developing training curricula and/or training programs for technical training
  • Experience with working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU
