Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting a Senior Technician to join NATO – NCIA in Naples, Metropolitan City of Naples, Italy.

Responsibilities

• Supports, maintains and operates locally installed application software SCCM/SCOM Software deployment
• Patch management and system wide monitoring using SCCM/SCOM
• Active Directory Domain services installation and configuration DNS/DHCP design and administration
• Analyze Patching Compliance Report Works with limited supervision
• Supports incident and request Management with the ITSM toolset
• Coordinates and conducts work to meet quality targets
• Investigates and resolves technical issues in a systematic approach
• Maintains sound knowledge on implemented technologies
• Advises his/ her superiors and recommends technical solutions
• Perform other duties within the NCI Agency’s area of business as may be required

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years postrelated experience
• Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience
• At least 3 years recent experience as System Administrator, with a good understanding of Activity Directory management: GPO, security groups, powershell
• At least 2 years on Installation and Configuration of Windows Server OS -Good working knowledge with SSCM Tool
• Experience with Office Automation Solutions (printer, scanner, fax, voice, productivity packages)
