Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting an Application developer for PED Management to join NATO – NCIA in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of NCIA PM the contractor will perform the following tasks:

• Design and develop application frontend and backend for managing
• Support multidisciplinary teams and technical and operational stakeholders
• Participate in technical and operational meetings, offering advice and seeking solutions
• Support NATO in the development of recommendations for updates to current services
• Provide meaningful input to envisioning IT solutions that fit best NATO requirements

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret

Technical Qualifications

• Must demonstrate expert knowledge of C#, rich web applications and ASP.NET
• Must demonstrate expert level knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework/Core
• Excellent knowledge of Angular, Typescript, CSS/HTML, SQL,
• Excellent knowledge of testing frameworks: Jasmine, NUnit
• Must have experience in using source control systems and DevOps (GitHub, TFS)
• Must have experience in using continuous integration solutions (e.g. Azure Devops)
• Excellent knowledge of discrete optimization techniques (e.g. mathematical programming, constraints satisfaction etc.)

Professional Qualifications:

• Nationally recognized/certified university qualification on computer science / programming
• Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 3 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post
• Must have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years) in programming for web applications
• Must demonstrate the ability and self-motivation to work on his/her own but must also work well within groups as part of a team
• Must demonstrate an ability and keen sense for problem-solving
• Motivated, good communication skills, team player
