Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting an ACO Intel CM Info Knowledge Manager to join NATO – NCIA in Mons, Wallonia, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Support ACO Collection Managers in collating, linking, managing, organising, and finding collection data in NATO’s intelligence databases
• Manage collection, retrieval, organization, storage, protection and disposal where necessary of Joint ISR data
• Ensure information is disseminated in most efficient and effective manner
• Provide functional administration of NATO’s intelligence databases
• Support NCIA in administering NATO’s intelligence databases by recommending improvements
• Perform Measures of Performance and Measures of Effectiveness for this programme
• Recommend ways to optimize collection capabilities
• Advise and mentor ACO Intelligence staff on effective information management
• Other appropriate duties as directed by ACO Collection Manager

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• Nationally recognized/certified university qualification in information management or database administration. Exceptionally, lack of university degree may be compensated by demonstration of candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NATO, that is, at least 3 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of post
• Advanced research and analytical skills
• Experience in database administration
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization
• Motivated, with good communication skills, and a team player
• Strong listening and communication skills in English

Desirable:

• Knowledge of NATO or National intelligence processes
• NATO and/or military experience
