Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting an IVVQ-IOVV – Frontend Developer to join NATO – NCIA in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Interoperability V&V is part of non-functional requirements validation and, like security V&V, has a significant importance in the NATO environment
• Interoperability between NATO and/or national capabilities likely to operate in a NATO or coalition mission environment are verified and validated before deployment
• Analyse user requirements and translate these into new or modified user facing functionality within the existing NCI Agency IO Toolset
• Implement client side functionality and server side logic using a combination of Vue 3, ASP.NET, DevExtreme, C#
• Improve the UI and UX of the NCI Agency’s IO Toolset front-end
• Participate in validation and verification events by providing support for the use of the NCI Agency IO Toolset

Profile

• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
• Profile is for a medium to senior developer with at least 5 years software development experience of which at least 3+ years proven Vue frontend development knowledge and experience on complex software systems complemented with solid experience and understanding of .NET backend technology using C#

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD and testing as part of the pipeline Strong English communication skills; verbal and written Ability to think critically regarding systems and what and how to test

Desirable:

• Experience with DevExpress and/or DevExtreme UI Controls
• Experience with Functional Programming
• Experience with Atomic Design
• Experience in NATO Exercises as a test or support engineer
