Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is looking for an Office Tools for Automation for NATO – NCIA in Mons, Wallonia, Belgium.

Responsibilities

Data Model

• The tools to be developed as part of this contract shall be based on a common data model
• The data model shall allow data analysis to support any number of PivotTables, charts, and Power View or Power BI desktop visualizations as well as the contribution to the model with specific data
• The data model shall be designed in simple and reasonably short number of tables. Data sources are traditionally SQL queries, SharePoint objects and Excel documents stored in SharePoint

Documentation

• The Contractor shall also provide together with the data model and each tool a document in MS WORD providing all design information
• The design document shall cover the source of the data, functionality of each piece of data, design of the tool and relationships, and code information if any bespoke code is developed
• The Contractor staff working on the execution of the SOW shall be cleared at the NATO SECRET level

Profile

• Security Clearance: NATO SECRET
• More than 5 years in-depth experience developing automation in Excel
• Very good knowledge of MS Project
• Excellent English writing skills and ability to communicate and brief in English to a diverse audience
