Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting an ACO Intel Collection Manager IKM level to join NATO – NCIA in Mons, Wallonia, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Support the ACO Collection Managers in collating, linking, managing, organising, and finding collection data in NATO’s intelligence databases
• Manage the collection, retrieval, organization, storage, protection and disposal where necessary of Joint ISR data
• Ensure information is disseminated in the most efficient and effective manner
• Provide functional administration of NATO’s intelligence databases
• Support NCIA in administering NATO’s intelligence databases by recommending improvements
• Perform Measures of Performance and Measures of Effectiveness for this programme
• Recommend ways to optimize collection capabilities
• Advise and mentor ACO Intelligence staff on effective information management
• Other appropriate duties as directed by the ACO Collection Manager

Profile

• Nationally recognized/certified university degree
• Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NATO, that is, at least 3 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post
• Valid security clearance at minimum NATO S*CR*T level
• Experience in managing intelligence collection requirements for a NATO nation or NATO entity/organization
• Knowledge on translating Intelligence Requirements into Collection Requirements
• Knowledge regarding national intelligence collection capabilities; how to request national collection; the limitations and capabilities of national collection assets; and how national collection assets are employed
• Experience in knowledge management and ensuring information is transmitted to the right entities at the right time in the most appropriate manner
• Experience in managing ISR capabilities and how to fulfil dynamic intelligence requirements
• NATO and/or military experience desired; Motivated, good communication skills, team player
• Strong listening and communication skills in English
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization
• Advanced research and analytical skills
• Experience in database administration
• Knowledge of NATO or National intelligence processes
• Knowledge of space intelligence collection capabilities desired
