Sapienza Consulting, a tpgroup company, is recruiting a roject Management Support – Business Analyst to join NATO – NCIA in Mons, Wallonia, Belgium.

Responsibilities

In order to have a successful AM Programme within the NCI Agency it is necessary to make improvements to the entire business operations so the desired end state can be achieved. The NCI Agency requires fresh vision and expertise in the broad area of ICT Asset Management. To make this happen, the following outsourced support will be required in relation to IT Asset and/or Project Management:

  • Assist with Asset Management Programme executive review and analysis
  • Working with the AMPO to identify projects that will contribute to realising benefits and achieving outcomes
  • Developing and managing the detailed projects schedule and work plan
  • Establishing and implementing the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured
  • Identifying, defining and tracking the benefits and outcomes required of the Asset Management programme projects
  • Gathering information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing meeting minutes and useful reports
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Ensure financial integrity, timelines, accuracy of budget execution and financial reports
  • Generate periodical reports for briefing CSO and executive management level e.g. KPIs
  • Ensuring the interests of the CSO and Asset Management Programme Boards members are met by the programme
  • Preparing affected business areas for transition to new ways of working
  • Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire projects execution
  • To provide analytical business support to the AMPO during set-up and day-to-day business

Profile

  • The candidate must have a NATO SECRET security clearance

Deliverable based contract required with company specialized in IT Asset Management, Programme and Project Management. The proposed candidate/team must have demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience as follows:

  • A talented and highly knowledgeable IT Asset Management professional(s) with a Master’s degree in a related field of study and proven past experience on Programme and/or Project Management. A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered
  • Have detailed knowledge of the IT Asset Management business environment and direct business experience – in particular, you need an understanding of the management structures, politics and culture of the organisation owning the programme
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations;
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Excellent English writing skills and the ability to brief work in English to a diverse audience
  • Prior experience within NATO is essential
