Sapienza Consulting is recruiting an ICT Inventory Tiger Team to join NATO – NCIA in Brunssum, Limburg, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Submission must be a team with a minimum of 4 members. Partial bidding of less than 4 member is not permitted.

The Inventory Tiger Team will be an integral part of ensuring the 2022 ICT Annual Inventory plan is 100% successful within NCI Agency. A team of dedicated specialists in the field of Inventory Management with an enthusiasm to achieve results will ensure the Agency has an accurate Asset Register moving forward into 2023.

The Deliverables:

• Issue all ICT Equipment Balance Lists to the appropriate Account Holder
• Keep an up to date record of Balance Lists to be completed versus completed
• Provide weekly progress reports to the ICT PAO/AMPO in relation to the ICT Annual Inventory Plan
• Investigate all discrepancies to a successful resolution. Liaise with CSSC staff to ensure records in EBA are corrected/updated
• Ensure all annual inventory balance lists are fully signed by the account holder on completion
• Aim is to achieve 100% annual Inventory by 15 December 2022

Profile

• NATO Secret Security Clearance
• The right to work in the Netherlands to undertake this work
• Have experience working with EBA
• Must be prepared to travel to other NCI Agency premises as required
• Have experience in Inventory Management
• Have broad experience in all aspects of Supply Chain/Logistics Management
• Have qualifications in either Asset Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics, preferably in IT
