Sapienza Consulting is recruiting an IT Services Analyst Support to join NATO – NCIA in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands.

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, is currently involved in the development of new capabilities for NATO as well as in the support of existing capabilities. The project for IT Modernization Recovery Increment 1 (ITMRec Incr1) aims to implement the Operational Network (ON) capability and services (Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Enterprise Core Services (ECS), Client Provisioning Services (CPS) and Service Management and Control (SMC)) across the NATO Command Structure (NCS). Service Integration is one of the key pillars of ITM Recovery Increment 1 and is fundamental to the execution of the user migration and transition to operations, service activation and sign off of new services. It will provide the orchestration required to deliver services end‐to‐end.

Responsibilities

1) Define the template to capture possible changes of existing services

2) Outline which and how services will be modified:

  • Identify and capture list of services that will be modified
  • Capture the changes on existing services (technology, processes, people) in the abovementioned template
  • Define linkage between user services (service catalogue) and technical (underpinning services)
  • Revise or modify populated template based on validation output
  • Capture possible changes in the service catalogue
  • Revise or modify final draft of the document based on validation output

 

3) Outline which new services will be acquired:

  • Identify list of new services
  • Identify and capture list of acquired material, processes
  • Capture template to describe new service
  • Revise or modify populated template based on validation output
  • Revise or modify final draft of the document based on validation output

 

4) Create comparison Matrix of the services:

  • As‐is (current service catalogue)
  • To‐be (expected service catalogue)
  • Delta (comparison between current and expected service catalogue)

 

3 DELIVERABLES

Two deliverables are required as final products:

1. Template (in excel format) to identify services that will be modified or services that will be added to the service catalogue.
Purpose: The template will be used by the WP12.1 team to coordinate with the other WP Leaders, the service Owners and the Agency portfolio manager and capture the identified possible changes (modify existing add new services) of the Agency services.

2. Document (in word format):

  • containing complete list of the services impacted by the ITM Recovery Increment 1 project together with detailed explanations of the expected impact, associated cost implications and how these costs will be charged to users
  • containing complete list of the new services with detailed description of the key elements / characteristics of the services, associated cost estimates and how these costs will be charged to users
  • containing comparison matrix

Profile

  • The candidate must have a NATO SECRET security clearance
  • Experience with analysis of Digital Transformation activities and their impact on Business/Operational/IT Services, with special focus on:
    • E2E Service Lifecycle Integration
    • Service‐to‐Service Dependency Management
    • Service Delivery Realisation
    • Service Performance and Quality Improvement
    • And key dependencies on:
      • Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS),
      • Enterprise Core Services (ECS),
      • Client Provisioning Services (CPS)
      • Service Management and Control (SMC)
  • ITIL V3 certification and working knowledge, ideally ITIL V4
  • Service Integration and Management (SIAM) certification
  • Service Catalogue Management
  • Working experience with Ms Office Suite and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Working on high‐level detail and being able to interpret accurate results and communicate them in a clear way to multiple audience using the proper reporting and data visualization tools.
  • A good understanding of NATO and overall knowledge of C4ISR systems.
  • Capability to prioritize the right solutions, while addressing operational requirements and challenges identified.
  • Good problem‐solving skills, applying the right methodologies
  • In‐depth knowledge of requirement specifications and development, process flows, and developing business use case scenarios.
  • An understanding of process modelling, agile, and waterfall software development methodologies
