Sapienza Consulting is recruiting an IWC for Oracle R12 roles redesign and SOD matrix to join NATO – NCIA in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis overview of all in scope NCIA Oracle R12(EBA) Job responsibilities/roles highlighting containing:
    • Oversight of usage of the job responsibilities/roles across and menus in Oracle R12
    • Issues, problems and SOD conflicts identified within the current job responsibilities/roles and menus across Oracle R12 – comparison to best case practices
    • Draft SOD matrix as per current definition of job responsibilities/roles across in Oracle R12: this should include risks descriptions
    • Proposal of changes needed to current roles based on usage and industry best case practices
  • Overview of reviewed & re-designed NCIA Oracle R12 Job responsibilities/roles. This documentation should be produced following workshops with each key Organizational element where the following is discussed and delivered:
    • Discuss and document current of job responsibilities/roles and issues identified
    • Discuss and document OEs issues with current job responsibilities/roles
    • Discuss SoD matrix conflicts and validate with key business owners – determine compensating controls
    • Document all changes needed, re-designed job responsibilities and have them ready for SSBA to move to EBA productions
  • NCIA final SOD matrix:
    • Based on all activities mentioned above deliver the EBA SOD matrix for NCIA
  • Policy documentation for NCIA authorization concept including key flow-charts, access management and changes to job responsibilities
  • Desk instructions for usage of SOD matrix in NCIA

Profile

  • The candidate must have a NATO SECRET security clearance
  • Technical profile with extensive knowledge of Oracle R12 and Oracle authorization concepts
  • Experience in Oracle R12 authorization re-designs and interaction with the business areas
  • Ability to extract, process and analyse data from Oracle R12 himself/herself
  • Experience to prepare, organize and run workshops
  • Optional – ideally experience to implement re-designed job responsibilities/roles in the ConfigSnapshot tool and Oracle R12
  • Self-driven, proactive, can manage own work, resilient, results oriented
