Sapienza Consulting is recruiting Mobility Services to join NATO – NCIA in Mons, Wallonia, Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • Provides expertise to install, configure, set-to-work and decommission Proxy services, Firewalls, VPN Servers
  • Day-to-day administration and monitoring of NATO’s centralized e-mail Gateway to the internet
  • 2nd and 3rd level support: troubleshooting, evaluating and responding to incidents and service requests supporting system administrators NATO-wide with an ability to set priorities without requiring direction
  • Participation in Change Management representing WPS Area, Incident management daily operation for the Internet Service Gateway
  • Providing input to support Service Design and Service Transition related activities
  • Stays abreast of technological developments relevant to the area of work
  • Performs other duties as may be required

Profile

  • The candidate must have a NATO SECRET security clearance
  • Higher secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to professional qualifications with at least 5 years’ experience in IT Systems Management
  • Knowledge of tools and technology used to protect Information System on Public Accessible Networks
  • Experience on Remote access technology and devices to support of mobile workforce, EMM< MDM servers
  • Sound practical experience in the management, design, implementation, support, testing and maintenance of assigned services as mentioned above
  • Experience in all Lifecycle aspects of Information Systems to achieve effective system development and deployment
