Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Continuous Services Improvement Manager to join NATO – NCIA in Oeiras, Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities

  • The contractor, reporting to the Head SAT/QA & CI supports the development and implementation of the NCI Academy quality management system and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Under the guidance of the Head SAT/QA &CI and in conjunction with the Branch Heads leads the design, development and monitoring of continuous improvement activities needed to improve services offered by the NCI Academy
  • Developing and refining Key Performance Indicators related to NCI Academy Critical Success Factors
  • Developing data collection plans
  • Analysis of data collected to create improvement plans
  • Leading the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and creating necessary processes and procedures to sustain CI activities
  • Supports the external evaluation process for the NCI Academy gathering supervisor, student and stakeholder feedback for existing and emerging NCI Academy courses
  • Adhere to existing NATO security procedures for physical and logical protection of NATO materials
  • All work details must be properly documented through the NCI Agency processes and tool suites
  • Other supporting administrative tasks as required

Profile

  • The candidate must have a NATO SECRET security clearance
  • The contractor assigned to this post will hold a secondary education supplemented by substantial related experience within Quality Management / Instructional Systems Design / Continuous Improvement and Change Management in an individual training and education environment

 

Essential Experience:

  • Recent experience in a systems approach to training context
  • Proven ability in producing clear actionable quality reports and presentations for management
  • Experience in measuring training transfer, quantifying return on investment, and articulating and identifying opportunity costs
  • Proven results in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Recent experience in designing and interpreting surveys to measure and baseline organizational activities
  • Recent experience in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with organizational critical success factors
  • Effective and excellent professional English language spoken and writing skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office with an in depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skill and ability to develop productive interpersonal relationships with internal teammates and external entities and stakeholders

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Training Qualification in Technical Instruction
  • Change Management Practitioner Certification
  • Knowledge of the NCI Academy and NCIA.
  • Knowledge of NATO Quality Assurance Standards
