Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Development CIS-related Micro-learning to join NATO – NCIA in Belgium, Remote.

Responsibilities

Task 1: Building on an existing analysis and design, develop storyboards for the themes in scope, engaging with NCI Academy staff and NATO Subject Matter Experts where needed.

Task 2: Develop a full set of learning nuggets, to cover operational and sys admin activities for the following systems:

• TOPFAS, LOGFAS, JTS FAST: Due date 20 Dec 2022

• ICC, INTEL FS: due date 31 May 2023

Estimate: 20 learning nuggets per system will be required to cover the operational needs

Task 3: Conduct technical testing of all learning nuggets

Due date deliverable TOPFAS, LOGFAS, JTS FAST: 20 Dec 2022.

Due date deliverable ICC, INTEL FS: 31 May 2023

Roles and responsibilities:

The development of training needs analysis will be conducted in close collaboration between the contractor team and the NCI Academy, as described in table 2-3, and will be based on the NATO standards (Ref A):

NCIA – NCI Academy:

• Managing Authority

• NCIA Project Management

• Learning Design and Development (LDD) Lead

• Provider of direction and guidance for design and development

Contractor team:

• Design and develop the respective micro-learning materials

Profile

MANDATORY Requirements:

• Experience with instructional design
• Experience with Training Needs Analysis
• Experience with development of engaging online and blended learning technologies
• Experience with working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with NCI Agency and NATO

DESIRED Requirements:

• Experience in providing instruction on technical subjects to both non-technical personnel as well as technical specialists

Language Proficiency:

• Level 3 English language skills according to NATO STANAG 6001: Listening (3); Speaking (2); Reading (3); and Writing (2) or according to Common European Framework of Reference for Language level B2-C1/Upper Intermediate-Advanced level).
