Sapienza Consulting is recruiting a Technical Change Management Specialist to join NATO – NCIA, at Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop consolidated monitoring dashboard / portal summarising status of all DCIS Systems managed by NSII Service Line
  • Coordinate with relevant System Managers to identify all monitoring data to be included in dashboard
  • Design and develop centralised Management / Planning Tool to integrate Scheduled / Planned maintenance and Uplift Program with current DCIS Asset Status and Customers’ Requirements
  • Coordinate with sites for Routing and Switching elements centralisation, standardisation and best practices
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and Customer to improve all Report activities related to DCIS SLA
  • When assigned to support project / product, be responsible for frequent internal co-ordination with project teams, Project Leaders and Product Managers
  • Contribute to development of CIS concepts and processes in support of military functional domains

Profile

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at nationally recognised / certified University in technical subject with substantial Information Technology (IT) content and 2 years post-related experience
  • Lack of university / college degree may be compensated by demonstration of candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is / are of interest to NCI Agency; that is, at least 2 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to function of post .
  • 2+ years experience in Relational Database Management System as Designer and Developer;
  • 2+ years’ experience with configuration and operation of Network Monitoring and Event Management systems;
  • Minimum qualification of ITIL Foundation;
  • Very good knowledge of Transmission and Telecommunication Systems Engineering and associated aspects;
  • High level of knowledge of network, system and application level troubleshooting techniques;
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols;
  • Experience in Service Management processes for Incident Management Change Management and Service Fulfilment;
  • Experience in customer support, user incident handling;
  • Experience of preparing technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Must hold NATO Security Clearance
  • Fluent business English; knowledge of another NATO member-state language is an asset

Desirable Education and Experience

  • Sound knowledge of communications protocols and practical experience of using diagnostic test equipment
  • Familiarity with military Networks and data systems
  • Experience with integrating communications systems with Active Directory and PKI technologies
  • Demonstrable evidence in maintaining knowledge of advances in Information Technology
  • Prior experience of working in international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
  • Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organisation, including Allied Command Operations and Allied Command Transformation
